Surf Shack by Molecule Tiny Homes

By Inthralld on Oct 28, 2012

Molecule Tiny Homes is an architecture duo out of Santa Cruz, CA that specializes in small footprint homes built on top of flat bed trailers as a portable, green solution for those looking to simplify their lives. With only a few built pieces in their collection, the ‘Surf Shack’ is one of their astounding designs sweeping the design community.

With an average square footage of under 200, their designs are classic yet contemporary– and the surf themed home has some serious surf inspiration tied into the final product. The kitchen features a high end wave styled backsplash and blue lighting, with a built in surfboard shaped table. Houses range anywhere from 30-60,000 dollars and you can even buy the plans to have on hand for future renovations, too.
